Meet the team

Dr. Shelley Davies
Principal Chiropractor
My speciality is holistic care, by this I mean treating the cause not just the symptom. I discovered chiropractic in my early 20’s and was fascinated; it was the one intervention that alleviated my pain for the long term and it was something I felt compelled to do.
I was awarded the Holme Award for clinical excellence in my final year at the Anglo European College of Chiropractic. I graduated in 2008 and expanded my established Sports Therapy Clinic to include chiropractic care.
In my experience, most injuries can be related to immediate trauma, chronic “forgotten” injuries or
to adopted abnormal movement patterns. These issues cause the body to function in compensatory ways and usually other injuries occur as a result, and in some cases, years later.
I pride myself on finding the cause of these issues so injuries can be rectified in the long term.

Dr. Linn Erixon-Sahlstom
Associate Chiropractor
As a competitive ultra-marathon runner, I know what is important for your body. I understand the need for an athlete to be able to reach peak performance, regardless of their level, and I enjoy the challenge of helping patients achieve this.
When I first went to a chiropractor, it was the first time that I felt an instant difference after therapy. I then knew I wanted to give up my job in advertising to pursue a career in chiropractic care. I graduated from AECC with a BSc and MSc.
Endurance, strength and flexibility are fundamental for a functional and healthy body. I ask: what is it that you would like to do tomorrow that you cannot do today, and how would being able to do that make you feel?
I like to incorporate the mind-body connection in my overall management plans. I also do separate hypnotherapy sessions, whether it is about overcoming a mental blockage/phobia or just for pure pain management.

Dr. Liam Bower
Associate Chiropractor
After spending a decade personal training, specialising in injury prevention and rehabilitation, I decided to expand my knowledge and train to become a chiropractor. I graduated in 2020 from the AECC with an Mchiro qualification.
Being a keen cricketer, I've suffered my fair share of injuries and chiropractic treatment has always given me relief to keep me on the field. My past in training has given me great experience in how the body moves and how it compensates when it is isn’t moving as well as it should.
At Davies Chiropractic, I can now treat the way I always imagined; spending time to really get to know patients to find the cause of their pain, then work through the problem as a team.
I love everything fitness and pride myself on giving people the information and guidance they need in order to manage and enjoy physical exercise to embrace the power of movement.

Dr. John Radin, DACNB
Senior Associate Chiropractor
I graduated from Logan College of Chiropractic in 1993 with a Doctor of Chiropractic degree. I also have a BSc degree in Human Biology and recently, after years of study I qualified as a Board Certified Chiropractic Neurologist (in the USA) and become a Diplomate of the American Chiropractic Neurology Board.
As a Chiropractor with years of experience, I am committed to promoting optimal health and wellbeing of my patients by using a "whole person approach". This approach to health means looking for underlying causes of any issue, applying whatever interventions may suit the person best and, advising on lifestyle adjustments that optimize the conditions for the optimal return of function and movement. Using this approach, I have been able to help patients accelerate and/or maintain their journey to good health for many years.
I have experience treating the unique needs of patients of all ages from infants to adults. Helping with both pain related conditions as well as increasing the performance of athletes at all levels of play.
I am married to a third generation chiropractor and have one son who is a dedicated chiropractic patient. In my spare time I enjoy paddle boarding, hiking, spending time with my family and dogs and teaching 16th century longsword classes.
